Welcome to PJ’s Florals and Gifts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, visiting our shop, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before products are delivered unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept payment through approved payment methods provided at checkout or in-store.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to product availability, seasonal changes, and supplier pricing.
- Custom orders may require a deposit before work begins.
2. Floral Arrangements & Product Availability
- Flowers and gift items are seasonal and subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers, colors, containers, or gift items with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
- Photos shown may represent a style or theme and may not be an exact replica.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom floral designs, event arrangements, and personalized gifts require advance notice.
- Changes to custom orders must be requested before production begins.
- Once a custom order has been created, cancellations or refunds may not be available.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours before delivery or pickup.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact PJ’s Florals and Gifts within 24 hours with photos and details so we can address the concern.
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, traffic, or circumstances outside of our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- PJ’s Florals and Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
6. Event & Wedding Services
- Event and wedding floral services require a signed agreement and deposit.
- Final payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Deposits may be non-refundable due to preparation, ordering, and scheduling commitments.
7. Customer Information & Privacy
- We respect customer privacy and only use personal information to process orders, communicate updates, and provide services.
- Customer information will not be sold or shared except when required to complete services or comply with legal obligations.
8. Website & Content Use
- All photos, designs, logos, and original content belonging to PJ’s Florals and Gifts remain our property.
- Permission is required before using our content for commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
PJ’s Florals and Gifts is not responsible for damages caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including weather, delivery issues, or natural product changes.
10. Agreement
By purchasing from PJ’s Florals and Gifts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting PJ’s Florals and Gifts! We take pride in creating beautiful floral arrangements and unique gifts for our customers.
Floral Arrangements
Because fresh flowers are perishable products, all fresh floral sales are considered final.
If there is an issue with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and details so we can review the concern and work toward a solution.
Gift Items & Merchandise
Unused, unopened gift items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Sale items, personalized items, and custom-made products are final sale.
Custom Orders
Custom arrangements, event florals, and personalized gifts require preparation, ordering, and planning. Deposits and payments for custom orders may be non-refundable once work has started or supplies have been purchased.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Wedding & Event Floral Agreement (Starter)

PJ Florals and Gifts will provide floral services described in the agreed proposal.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve the date.
Final Payment
Final payment is due 5 days before the event.
Changes
Changes must be requested as soon as possible. Availability of flowers and supplies may affect changes.
Floral Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, PJ’s Florals and Gifts may substitute flowers, colors, or materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms: If the event is cancelled in writing 10 days before the event no fees will be assessed
